I just discovered tonight that Structure Creator is in the Staff Picks on the Adobe Exchange. I'm very happy about this, although the version that is up there at the moment (7th July '09) is not currently the latest version. Shang will need to update that.

Big thanks to Danny and Shang with their help on creating Flash Structure Creator. We will keep working on it and bring out some more updates soon.

The next meeting for A-SFUG is coming up on Saturday June 27th, 11am at the Ogilvy Centre.

Truly excited about Ari's (http://pericraft.com) idea, we are going to have a special meeting this month. The focus of the meeting is "How Stuff Works".

Basically it's about bringing up your questions and discuss them together. Things like, how to do Augmented Reality (we've already covered that), how to do Yugop's running text or, most frequently, how did they do this (or that you discovered during random browsing)?

If you see something interesting but can't figure out how it works, share with us and hopefully, we can nail the solution.

Please post your questions on the Facebook event page and we'll cover them during the meeting. If you are shy, you can also ask during the actual meeting.

UPDATE: SWFobject has also been updated to version 2.2

Grab version 1.1.8.4 of Structure Creator from Google Code

This round Shang will be talking about the use of sound in Flash, including using the equalizer. After that, Danny will give an overview of loading in Flash with as3. Ed will end the session with a talk about the use of CSS in Flash, and a tip & trick. Following that will be a free discussion and some Q&A.
